(add a cross-link). Drag and drop a reply action (add a cross link) beneath a trigger (add a cross link).

When and why to use Actions

Actions make it easy to create complex apps with dynamic output.

Example use cases:

• Call an API and send back replies
• Personalize or customize responses (using time of day)
• Send an email
• Handover conversations

You create actions inside the Actions view either by creating Code actions, configuring Webhook actions, or Zapier Action.
