This endpoint provides a detailed list of agent states defined for a Care instance.

The ID field provides the stateUUID which is necessary for externally switching agent states using the Agent State Switch endpoints.

Not every defined agent state is available to each agent. This is a blanket list describing each state's name, id, configuration, and epoch timestamp when it was last updated.
