Filter conversations by work queues
The Work Queue API is a secondary API that supports the Conversation API. Conversations can be filtered into work queues to organize. Care agents are assigned to work queues to help prioritize their cases. Use the Work Queue API to retrieve the work queue ID, name, description, and status (archived or active).
We recommend using Work Queue API v2 over WorkQueue API v1.
All Work Queue API v1 endpoints require HTTP Basic Authentication. Create a dedicated API user account and file a Support ticket as described in HTTP authentication.
