The Tag API is a secondary API that supports the Conversation API. Use the Tag API to retrieve details about tags in Response. The call returns each tag with the tag name, the tag's hierarchy, and the unique Care conversation ID to which the tag is applied.

Authentication

All Tag API endpoints require HTTP Basic Authentication. Create a dedicated API user account and file a Support ticket as described in HTTP authentication.
