Tags are a powerful tool that enables Admins to create work queues and route conversations to the best agent team to serve customer needs. Smart Views use tags to fine-tune which conversations display in an agent’s Available Work Queue.
A tag rule is used to auto-tag a conversation or author. The Conversation Tag Rule API enables you to retrieve all Conversation tag rule definitions in Khoros Care. You can optionally filter your request to a specific set of tag IDs. Conversation tag rules are rules created for specific keywords, Lucene queries, or Regex queries and are applied to conversations.
The Conversation Tag Rules API does not return tag rules created for Authors.
