New Author API calls

We've added documentation for two Author API endpoints to reactivate conversations for authors.

Analytics Reports updates

New column support in exports

• In the Raw Combined Export report:

  • we renamed the CONVERSATION_POST_TAGS report metric to CONVERSATION_TAGS_OR_POST_TAGS

  • we added two new report metrics: CONVERSATION_TAGS_OR_POST_TAGS_AUTO_ASSIGNED and CONVERSATION_TAGS_OR_POST_TAGS_MANUALLY_ASSIGNED

• We added the WORK_QUEUE_AT_TIME_EVENT column to the following reports:
  Raw Incoming Post Export
  Combined
  * Conversation exports
