# Type

# Owner

The `owner` object targets the entity that will receive control of the conversation. For a transfer from a bot to an agent, the value will be `AGENT`.

# Author

The `author` object identifies the message author on the source channel. This includes information such as the unique identifier (`id`) and full name (`fullName`) of the author.

# Coordinate
