Brand Messenger's content filtering feature gives you the ability to define the types of information you want to prevent customers from accidentally divulging to agents and agents to customers.

Content filters allow you to prevent customers from sending sensitive information such as their credit card numbers to agents through the messenger. Likewise, you can set up a content filter to prevent agents from sending profanity or certain information directly to customers.

This is all configurable through the Admin.

There will eventually be an API available for this system that makes it possible for iOS and Android apps to call and retrieve the updated version of these filters on the back end. This will enable you to deploy updates to filters across all of Brand Messenger's supported platforms at once.
